FAQs in the Information Segment

What is an FAQ?

FAQ stands for "Frequently Asked Question". This is a common term in the online world. As your referee support team, we have attempted to gather a set of questions that we are often asked during the year and have posted our responses here. We expect that this reference tool will grow over time. We also expect that we will change/refine/update answers from time to time to help make things clear.

My answer isn't in the FAQs. What now?

Every question we are asked doesn't make it into the FAQs. Many questions we are asked concern unique or unusual situations. We don't add those. But if you have a question that isn't answered here, take advantage of our "Ask a Ref" program.
