If you are a Referee...
  • Please enter a brief description of your officiating background and the competition level(s) you are comfortable at in "Notes". This will assist LWYSA Referees in establishing the Match assignments appropriate for you.
  • If you know your USSF ID, please include that in the "Notes". Make sure you also register at http://www.wasrc.orgGoing.
  • The BirthDate is mandatory for Referees. It is optional for all others
If you are a Team Representative (Coach or Manager)...
  • Please use the "Notes" section to indicate the team(s) you are associated with and whether you are a coach or manager of each team.
  • Be sure to include the age, gender, and name of each team.
